For some reason benches have always fascinated me. They always seem like they have so many stories to tell. So normally if I find an interesting bench or a bench in a good setting I try to capture it. I have started building a bench series gallery for these photos that I take. Hopefully you will find some as interesting as I do and you can see what stories come to mind when you view them.

I’ve been recovering from having my wisdom teeth taken out this week so I haven’t had much time to go shoot photos. I did go through some of the ones I already had and found some good ones of animals, so I decided to upload a gallery for just misc photos of animals. Hope you enjoy. I will probably continually update photos in that gallery that don’t really have a theme.
I’m continuing the task of updating my online portfolio. I had a chance to process and upload some of the photos that I have been doing recently with Glenna. I also uploaded some older glamour pics that I just hadn’t put up yet. Feel free to browse and hopefully I’ll process some more pics to add to the galleries.
Had one last outing with my old equipment this past weekend. Some friends and I went to a farm near Gainesville, TX. While there I discovered that there were tons of neat things to photograph. I probably could have spent all day just shooting different things. I ended up just taking a little over 300 pics and have posted some of them. I hope to keep adding some more throughout the week. I'm 32 years old and currently live in Dallas, TX. I have always loved taking pictures ever since I was a kid. I use to have a polaroid camera and then moved on to 35mm film.
Then when I was in high school I learned a little bit about the film development side while on the journalism staff. After high school though I got side tracked with starting a career in the computer science field.
I never lost the passion for photography though and eventually jumped into the digital age. I'm now catching up for lost time and trying to really master the art of photography. I hope to capture the beauty that I see and provide photographs that people will enjoy.
